We have to start by saying, here at Trend.Stop we are never sure quite what to expect going into a Christopher Kane show. But after a couple of seasons that were quite a sight on the eyes. This one has come out top form on the London runways. Not only are the pieces exquisite to look at and desirable but the innovative craftsmanship, use of fabric and embellishment has not gone unnoticed. Christopher Kane this season is the reason definition why London fashion exists. It may move slowly in terms of form or silhouette but it definately makes a statement. Kane's collection manages to very successfully range from bright metallics, subtle tones, nudes, embellishment and florals without looking brashly put together. Every element is considered down to the exact folding of the fabric, we adore the folds he's created in shirts and dresses to enhance the female form. Definately a show worth seeing.
